From October the 5th to October the 13th 2024

Location : Haute Vienne & Dordogne

I have the honor and pleasure to present to you the great and unique gay event in vintage automobiles, the RAINBOW TOUR 2024, which will take place from October 5 to 13, 2024, under the direction of Dominique De Taverny.

Following the success of previous RAINBOW TOUR, participants returned enthusiastic from previous meetings. So, the challenge is taken up again for 2024. The month of October is often less active for outings in classic cars, so let’s take advantage of this calmer moment to get together to discover “la belle France”. We are counting on you to respond in large numbers and favorably to this great 9-day outing. The success of the RAINBOW TOUR 2024 is in your hands….

For this big tour, I suggest you discover 2 departments of France: Haute Vienne and Dordogne. The starting point will be in Limoges, a town located on the road to the southwest of France. Haute Vienne is mainly known for the city of Limoges and the manufacture of porcelain tableware. The Dordogne is renowned for Périgord and its gastronomy, its wines, its numerous castles and its preserved nature. I therefore invite you to discover these 2 pretty departments and let yourself be guided during a week of vacation with your classic car. In order to fully enjoy this week of vacation and be totally relaxed, no games or questions during this stay. Simply take a ride in your classic cars. Obviously, this meeting is reserved for collection vehicles over 25 years old or exceptional.

For the first 2 nights, you will stay at the Saint Lazare*** golf hotel. This establishment is located in Limoges, approximately 5 kilometers from the city center. Some of the rooms have a direct view of the golf course surrounded by greenery. From the bar and the restaurant, a large terrace with a view of the golf course can welcome you for a drink in the fresh air. The rooms are equipped with bathroom and WC, a TV and a WiFi connection. To park your cars, the hotel provides a large private car park.
